Our involvement includes the co ordination of drawings between the Architect and main Contractors and Sub Contractors. Enabling Value engineering of the project to drive down costs and not compromise on the quality, design or specification of the project.

We are currently carrying out this work for Dean & Dyball construction on the retail sector with the redevelopment of princess way Swansea and previously on the redevelopment of Aberystwyth former livestock mart site into retail units.
